We are currently looking for motivated and enthusiastic Pilates Instructors who embody a growth-oriented mindset and have a passion for teaching a diverse range of clients.

  • — Conduct group, private, duet and trio Pilates sessions that are engaging and adapted to the needs of all participants.

    — Develop personalized training plans that include necessary modifications to accommodate individual limitations or health concerns.

    — Maintain a positive and energetic presence that motivates and inspires clients.

    — Continuously seek to expand your own knowledge and skills in Pilates, attending workshops and training sessions as needed.

    — Provide clear and constructive feedback to clients to help them improve their Pilates practice.

    — Ensure all Pilates equipment is used correctly and safely, conducting routine checks and maintenance.

  • — Certification from a recognized comprehensive Pilates training program, with experience teaching on all pieces of equipment (i.e reformer, chair, tower, pedi-pole, cadillac).

    —Proven experience in teaching Pilates to a broad range of clients, including those requiring special modifications.

    — Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

    — A self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time well.

    — Commitment to personal growth and learning, with a curious and open-minded approach to both teaching and personal practice.

    — Demonstrable ability to maintain high energy and positivity in all interactions.
